LONG BEACH BALLET concluded its season of the Nutcracker in Pasadena,California. They are the only regional
company in the Los Angeles area using an orchestra for all its performances. Choreography by Artistic Director David Wilcox and Terri Lewis.

Come to Long Beach
If you liked it in Pasadena, come and see this production next year in the company's home town, Long Beach . The Nutcracker is staged at the Terrace, a 3,000 seat theater with a much larger stage. Some of those technical details that you mentioned are better taken care of and scenes with lots of dancers do not feel crowded. Whenever possible is better to see a team in their home turf.
